My Passat's timing belt tensioner broke, and a handful of valves were
bent.
In attempting to repair my engine, it was decided to upgrade a thing
or two.
This site is a quick listing of items I researched..

Camgear side of the AEB engine, with the new timing belt tensioner.
Flywheel side of the engine. Upgraded the clutch with a Spec Stage
2 clutch and plate.
Four days later, and ready to install the radiator and bumper, etc.
1998 Passat a few months later, with Neuspeed Sport springs, and
Koni shocks.
